Hi, I’m Michelle, a counsellor in training studying towards a BA (hons) degree in integrative counselling and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
A little about me. When I'm not working, I enjoy time in nature, eating good food with friends and family, exploring new places, listening to music, and singing along to it.
I understand that life can be tough for many reasons, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and difficult life experiences, to name but a few.

I aim to provide you with a confidential and non-judgmental safe space to be as honest and open as you choose to be with me. My approach is relational, collaborative and holistic, offering individualised support for you and your circumstances.
I appreciate that reaching out can be hard. I will take care to create a therapeutic environment that is comfortable for you and respectful of you. Together we can work towards the best possible outcome for you in your situation. Please feel free to get in touch; it would be a privilege to walk alongside you in the next part of your life’s journey.
