Hi, I’m Karen, I work with adults that are going through difficulties in their life and would like to get some support.  I am a person-centred counsellor, as well as being trained in different therapy approaches.  I tailor our sessions around your needs and offer an empathic, warm and non-judgemental space for you to feel heard, understood and valued. Providing a confidential and supportive space for you to gain understanding and help you to find ways to cope with life’s challenges.

Are you facing some challenges that life can throw our way and finding it difficult to navigate through, or perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right? Would you like to improve your personal and professional relationships, set healthy boundaries and improve your mindset?  Life can be overwhelming and this can make us feel sad, lost, lonely and feelings of anxiety may arise.

Speaking to someone in a confidential and safe space can be very helpful in understanding who you are, your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I am not limited to only these, your overall well-being and mental health is something I am very passionate about, I want to help you to live your best life.

I am passionate about men’s emotional health and well-being, having had a family member die by suicide.  There is so much stigma surrounding men’s mental health, your feelings are valid and your voice matters.
