By being real and authentic, I strive to create an environment where you can genuinely relax and be yourself. To break down barriers and foster a therapeutic relationship that feels more like a meaningful connection than a clinical interaction.
As a Person-Centred counsellor, my commitment is to support you through your unique experiences and challenges, creating a safe, non judgmental space for you to explore what’s going on in your life. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for meaningful change and personal growth.
I also integrate humanistic approaches, such as Gestalt therapy, which encourages you to engage with your present experiences. By focusing on the here and now, we can uncover deeper insights into your feelings and how they shape your behaviour. This approach helps you connect with unresolved issues, enabling a more profound understanding of your emotional landscape.

Having worked with a diverse range of issues; from stress and relationship issues to suicidal ideation and trauma to anger and abuse. I’m here to help you navigate your journey by fostering awareness of self, self regulation and empowering you to explore your experiences and emotions.
